Father's Day Card

Since I had so many cards to make this month (and still don't have them all finished) I opted to keep the designs pretty simple. For my dad and my father-in-law, I made the exact same card, just used a different color for the card base. Love the BBQ paper from DCWV's "Nana's Kitchen" stack.

Sweet Sixteen

My oldest niece turns 16 today. I absolutely can't believe it. I don't get to see her very often, but hope she likes this funky little card I'm sending to her. All paper is from DCWV (Green stack, Nana's Kitchen, and MatchMaker Neutrals Textured Cardstock. The double background for the 16 was cut with the Twinkle Toes cartridge. The numbers are from Plantin Schoolbook, and the accent shapes are from Accent Essentials. I took this picture a long time ago, and hadn't gotten back to add a sentiment yet. I'm also planning to use another scrap of paper to make a pocket for the inside top to hold some money.
